SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Taxation and Revenue Department has scheduled delinquent property tax auctions in three counties over the next several weeks. The state tries to collect delinquent property taxes when counties are unable to do so. Tax & Revenue Department warn of letter scam If the state can't collect, the subject properties are then auctioned off. Auctions are scheduled for the following dates and times: Catron County – Thursday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m. at the Catron County Courthouse, 100 Main Street, Reserve. Torrance County – Thursday, November 14 at 10:00 a.m. at the Torrance County Administration Building, 205 S. 9th Street, Estancia. San Miguel County – Tuesday, December 3 at 10:00 a.m. at 500 W.
