Elections: What is left to decide in ND

BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Most of the key races have been called, all going Republican, and just a handful of races are left. Here is what remains at this hour:
Superintendent of Public Instruction: Incumbent Kirsten Baesler is losing to challenger Jason Heitkamp by more than 25,000 votes, with more than half the votes counted. Right now, with 89 percent of precincts reporting, Baesler has 120,180 votes while Heitkamp has 158,905 votes.
Measures: With more than 90 percent of the precincts counted, only two measures remain undecided. Measure 1, updating archaic language in the N.D. Constitution, passed with 84 percent voting Yes. Measure 2, revising the initiated measure process, failed with 64 percent of voters saying No. And Measure 4, eliminating the property tax, failed with 64 percent voting No.
Measure 3, reducing limits on the Legacy Fund, is passing, but it is still close. With 93 percent of the precincts counted, the Yes votes are 156,009 while the No votes are 146,586.
Measure 5, legalizing marijuana, is failing. With 93 percent of the precincts counted, the Yes votes are 152,250 and the No votes are 173,577.
