Polls close at 8 p.m. in Kern County and California, but votes are being tallied across the country. 17 News will update this page over the next few hours with news and links on the latest election results, both locally and nationally. Kern County voters will elect supervisors in District 2 and District 5, Assembly members in District 32 and 35, and representatives to the House in Washington. Voters will also vote on multiple propositions and a California senator. Voters are also electing various school board members.
