The last day to register a new account is 10 p.m. Tuesday and the last day to withdraw from a Betfred account is Dec. 31.  Betfred offers sports betting in 10 different states. On its website, Betfred said it is working with Iowa sports betting regulators on a plan regarding the settlement of wagers after Dec. 31, 2024. Iowa first started accepting sports betting in August 2019.
