BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Bakersfield police are turning to the community for help in locating a voluntary missing woman who was last seen Sept. 22 in east Bakersfield. According to police, Maria Elena Salazar, 41, was last seen near the intersection of Oregon and Williams streets over a month ago.
