Here are the 12th Man TD Club Players of the Week for Week 9 of the high school football season:
Co-Offensive Back of the Week, Keon Kenner, Pennington School (Sr., RB): In his final game as a Red Hawk, senior co-captain had 14 carries for 280 yds and 3 TDs. One of his best performances on a big stage in our 33-7 victory over Notre Dame in the first game ever between the teams.
Co-Offensive Back of the Week, Cole Vinson, Hightstown (Sr., QB): Vinson had 243 yards rushing – most in school history – and 1 rushing TD, along with 4-of-7 passing for 33 yards and a TD as the Rams edged Robbinsville, 14-7.
Offensive Lineman of the Week, Hill Greenlee, Hun School (Sr., OT): Senior tackle helped pave the way for over 650 yards of offense in Hun’s 56-6 win against Peddie.
Defensive Lineman of the Week, Shyne Williams, Trenton Central (Sr., DL): Williams had 5 tackles, 1 sack and 1 TFL in Trenton’s 21-7 win over Long Branch.
Defensive Back of the Week, Cooper Briehler, Hopewell Valley (Soph., DB): Briehler had 2 tackles and 1 interception as Hopewell Valley won its playoff opener against Nottingham.
