Farm Fresh Rhode Island is a polling station from 7:00 a.m. to at 8 p.m. While you’re there to fulfill your civic duty, stop by to get your vote in beer form. Lyft will offer a 50 percent discount (worth up to $10) on Election Day rides via their cars, bikes or scooters. From 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. in every time zone, preload the code ‘VOTE24’ on the Lyft app to cash in on this deal. Uber is offering customers discounted rides to their local polling sites. You can click the ‘Go Vote!’ tile on the home screen of the Uber app on Election Day, and follow the prompts to select your closest voting center. You’ll then be offered a 50 percent discounted ride to that destination (worth up to $10). Newport Mayor Xaykham Khamsyvoravong is offering free rides to the poles from their front doors directly to their polling location using a fleet of electric Low-Speed Vehicles.
