OSBI offers reward for more information in 2020 homicide

HAWORTH, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a reward for more information in a 2020 homicide.

On October 11, 2020, the McCurtain County Sheriff's Office were notified of the suspicious disappearance of 51-year-old Leiann Gaulden.
LOCAL NEWS: One person injured following shooting in Moore
Officials say Gaulden was from Haworth, Oklahoma, and was last seen riding her bicycle on October 9. Four days later, Gaulden was found dead in the Red River near McCurtain County.
According to the OSBI, the McCurtain County Sheriff's Office requested the bureau's help with the investigation. Gaulden's cause of death was later determined to be a gunshot wound.
