CONCORD – The Concord Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Hailey Jade Woelk-Snyder of Concord, N.C. She was reported missing to the Concord Police Department on October 24, 2024. Hailey was last seen by family at her residence in Concord, NC on August 1, 2024. She is a white female, 5 feer 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 150-200lbs. Hailey has brown hair, brown eyes, and a light complexion. She has a tattoo of a semicolon on her wrist and tattoo of a heart on her ankle. She was last seen most likely wearing a t-shirt, sweatpants and may have a pink handbag. She does not have a vehicle that is known at this time. Hailey has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression and is not on any known medication.
