(KRON) -- A voting center in Oakland will be closed on Election Day after a Red Flag Warning was issued in the area. The Joaquin Miller Voting Center, located at 3594 Sanborn Drive, will be closed, according to Alameda County. Those who planned on voting at the Joaquin Miller Center are advised to vote at Montera Middle School at 5555 Ascot Drive. There is also a ballot dropbox located at Woodminster Market, 5000 Woodminster Lane. Oakland mayor Sheng Thao recall to be decided by voters The Red Flag Warning is in place from 11 a.m. Tuesday to 7 p.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service projects wings as high as 30 miles per hour and humidity as low as 15%. The conditions could also lead Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) to shut off power in some areas of California. Alameda County's website has a full list of its voting locations.
