MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said it was called to a home Monday morning after someone reported they killed their mother. Shortly before 10 a.m., MCPD officers were dispatched to a home in the 19400 block of Olie Tree Way. There, they found a woman's body lying outside of the home. She was pronounced dead at the scene. MCPD said the woman's body was taken to the Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy, which will determine the manner and cause of death.
