College Wrap: Princeton women’s basketball falls to Duquesne

PITTSBURGH — The Princeton women’s basketball team’s season got off to a tough start following a 76-66 loss to Duquesne on Monday night.
Madison St. Rose scored 22 points and Skye Belker added 14 for the Tigers (0-1), who were outscored in 20-4 in the fourth quarter.
Megan McConnel paced the Dukes (1-0) with 24 points.
Navy 74, Rider 52
LAWRENCEVILLE — The Broncs (0-1) committed 23 turnovers that led to 20 points for the Midshipmen (1-0) in an opening-night loss. Gabby Turco led Rider with 21 points.
Rutgers 85, Manhattan 79
PISCATAWAY — Chyna Cornwell scored 21 points, Destiny Adams and JoJo Lacey had 14 each and the Scarlet Knights (1-0) held off the Jaspers (0-1).
