Fleet Week San Diego will host public events at The Broadway Pier from Nov. 1st to Nov. 11th.  These events aim to pay tribute to and celebrate the immense contributions of our military as protectors of our nation and community members. The Escondido VetFest, organized by American Legion JB Clark Post 149 and the Brothers of 6 Charities, Inc., is excited to present the fifth VetFest Parade and Festival.  We are fortunate to have such patriotic individuals in the Escondido community who support us in providing scholarships for local children and aiding our veterans and their families.   Read more     VETERANS DAY BOAT PARADE Veteran’s Day Boat Parade The Fleet Week Boat Parade will feature boats of all sizes decorated to salute and honor Veterans and Members of the U.S. Military. The parade will take place on San Diego Bay, on Veterans Day,  November 11th starting at noon.
