CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC will host the 11th annual Tree Lighting Festival on Tuesday, November 26th at Bank of America Stadium. The event will start at 6P and run until 8P. The teams will light a 50-foot-tall tree from Sugar Mountain Nursery in Banner Elk. This year, vendors from the WNC mountains will be showcased along the concourse. There will be appearances by Sir Purr, Sir Minty, the Black and Blue Crew, Carolina Panthers TopCats and Purrcussion. After the tree-lighting, families can participate in family-friendly winter activities like letter writing, hot chocolate stations, sweet treats, craft making, and photo opportunities with performers and Santa Claus! This community event is free for all ages, but mobile tickets are required to attend. You can get tickets here. The Bank of America Stadium Clear Bag Policy will be in effect during the event. Transparent, plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be allowed after inspection. No alcohol is permitted during the event.
