ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has safely located the missing teenager from Henrietta. 17-year-old Randall Stott was last seen Monday morning leaving the Webster Learning Center on Lehigh Station Road around 8:45 a.m. He has not been seen since. Randall is described as a white male standing around six feet tall with a thin build. He has short brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue coat and blue/white pajama pants.
