Arrest after woman shot, run over in Fresno in 2023

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man wanted for allegedly shooting and running over a woman in Fresno last year has been arrested in Las Vegas, the Fresno Police Department announced Monday.
Detectives report the shooting took place around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2023, outside a liquor store in south Fresno. They found 21-year-old Adrianna Gonzales suffering from multiple gunshot wounds which they later determined was also run over. She died at the scene.

Investigators eventually identified 26-year-old Aaminah Norman and 23-year-old Devin Miliki Senegal as the two individuals responsible for Gonzales’ murder. 29-year-old Sabrina Acosto-Ramirez was also identified as the person who officers say aided and abetted after the fact.

Almost a year later on Nov. 1, 2024, Fresno Police say Las Vegas Metro Police were investigating a suspicious vehicle where they contacted an occupant who gave them a false name. The occupant was later positively identified as Senegal, who was wanted for Gonzales' death.

Investigators report Senegal was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and his outstanding arrest warrant for murder. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center. While an arrest has been made, police say there is still a murder warrant issued for Norman and an accessory warrant issued for Acosto-Ramirez.
