It's a warm and windy beginning to the first full week of November as temperatures will be at record-setting levels tomorrow. There's more rain on the way, too. Rainfall accumulation will be between a half-inch and an inch from now through Wednesday morning Periods of scattered rain are possible from now through early morning, tapering off by sunrise. Temperatures stay on the warmer side with readings both this evening and overnight in the 60s. Remember, our average high this time of year is in the mid-50s. Election Day tomorrow will be dry for most of the day. However, rain chances increase by tomorrow evening, 5 pm and after. Record-setting high temperatures are expected during the afternoon with our high hitting 75°. The record is 73° for November 5. A new record high is expected on Tuesday. WIND ALERT: Tuesday is going to be a very windy day across the regions with gusts around northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio reaching speeds as high as 40-45 mph.
