COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Lexington County man has been sentenced to 25 years for drug trafficking.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says Walter Goad was found guilty of trafficking more than 200 grams of cocaine in Kershaw County.
On October 3, 2016, authorities executed a search warrant at Goad’s home in Lexington County.
During the search, deputies found packaging materials that matched the packaging of cocaine.
Goad will be required to serve at least 85% of his sentence before he is eligible for parole.
