BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Sanford Health is hosting another Doc Talk at Bismarck State College. The topic will be "obesity and weight loss options," and will be presented by Dr. Andrew Dockter, M.D., who is a family medicine physician. Dr. Dockter will talk about how obesity impacts health and about the various weight loss options that are available. He'll provide an overview of the causes and health risks associated, while also offering advice on lifestyle changes, medical interventions, and other treatment options. Bismarck library hosts author Andrew Loftesnes The presentation will take place in the BSC National Energy Center of Excellence from 4:30-6 p.m. on November 7. A social will start the evening at 4:30 p.m., with the presentation at 5 p.m. in the Basin Electric Auditorium #304. It's free for anyone who wants to attend. However, registration is required.
