BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A man was in court on Monday afternoon, after investigators said he had been selling drugs in North Dakota. In a court filing KX News obtained, Drug task force agents spoke with informants who say Kelvin Blue had been selling methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl pills around the Bismarck-Mandan area. They say Blue had several people working with him, hiding and selling drugs out of several apartments. Does North Dakota exaggerate inflation rates? Investigators searched two of Blue's vehicles, in which they say they found over 100 grams of meth, 200 grams of cocaine and over 4,000 fentanyl pills. Blue is now charged with five felony counts, including drug possession with intent to deliver, along with conspiracy. His bond is set at $100,000. Close Thanks for signing up!
