TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Topeka Police Department (TPD) is responding to reports of a crash in central Topeka Monday morning. According to a TPD watch commander, the crash was reported at 7:55 a.m. at Southwest 10th Avenue and Southwest Garfield Avenue. No additional details were immediately available.
