A referendum in Haddon Heights, Camden County, will let voters voice whether they think the dry town in New Jersey should allow liquor sales for the first time since it was founded in 1904. A vote of approval still would require the borough to pass an ordinance allowing liquor licenses to be issued. Haddon Heights is one of about 30 remaining dry towns in New Jersey.
