LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – More than 350 people from across Lexington will gather Monday night to vote on the city’s top community issue for 2025, according to faith leaders with the BUILD organization. This vote comes after a two-month series of listening sessions, where nearly 500 people shared their experiences and challenges related to issues like housing instability and addiction. The event is set for 7 p.m. at Consolidated Baptist Church on Russell Cave Road. The selected issue will guide BUILD’s advocacy efforts and community projects throughout the coming year.
