BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police asked the community to avoid the vicinity of 700 Delaware Ave. late Monday morning. Officers were responding to the scene of an incident at that address around 10:45 a.m. The location is between Summer and North streets just north of Allentown.
