The next Bainbridge Swing Dance is set for Dec. 7 and will feature Hepcat Revival. The dance takes place on the first Saturday of every month at Family Life Center, 16349 Chillicothe Road, with doors opening at 7:30 p.m., lesson at 8 and dance and live music from 9 to 11, according to a news release Hepcat Revival is seven-piece swinging, jump blues band, playing toe-tapping music the likes of Louis Prima, Big Joe Turner, Cab Calloway and Louis Jordan, as well as some of their own composition, the release stated. Experienced and non-experienced dancers are welcome, and this public, family-friendly event is open to all ages, the release stated. No partner is required for the lesson or the dance, and no registration is needed. Admission — cash or check — is $10 per child 12 years and younger, $15 per person 13 and older, and $40 per family.
