Clarke Evans/NBAE via Getty Images Fans will chose a design created by a Spurs player Per Spurs press release: The San Antonio Spurs announced a contest for fans to vote on their favorite player-designed Spurs Holiday Sweater ahead of Ugly Sweater Night, presented by Frost. The design receiving the most fan votes will come to life in the form of a T-shirt included in the Ugly Sweater T-shirt package, which is on sale now. Ugly Sweater Night will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21 with the Spurs tipping off the action against the Portland Trail Blazers at 7:30 p.m. UGLY SWEATER DESIGN VOTING Designs were made by each Spurs player ahead of the season Voting open through Thursday, Nov. 7 at 11:59 p.m. The winning design will be revealed on Tuesday, Nov. 12 and will be featured on the T-shirt included in ticket package, while supplies last Fans can text UGLY to 210-444-5940 now to vote and purchase the Ugly Sweater T-Shirt Package PREGAME PARTY A pregame Sips of the Season party will tip off at 5:30 p.m. in the ULTRA Club and is open to all ticketholders. The party will include an Ugly Sweater contest. Fans are encouraged to wear Spurs-inspired ugly sweaters to earn bonus points in the competition Each of the original ugly sweaters designed by all Spurs players will be raffled off at the pregame party, with proceeds benefiting Spurs Give’s efforts to give back to the community.
