Tracking showers and warmth; a look ahead to Election Day
Nov 04, 2024
Out-the-door will bring warmth and a few showers for your Monday morning rush hour. Scattered showers will be with us in a few locations, as temperatures remain quite warm for early November holding in the middle 60s.
This afternoon will bring breezier conditions, more warm, and additional scattered showers off and on for the state. Highs later today should reach the lower 70s, nearly 15° above the seasonal averages. Winds will range between 10-20 mph from the south and southeast. Keep your umbrella handy!
Election Day Tuesday looks dry for a large part of the day! Rather cloudy at times and windy but fairly dry for most of the morning and early afternoon. Expect a lot of dry space between polling times of 6am-6pm. Steadiest rain likely arriving after 3pm from west to east. A few storms shouldn't be ruled out but chances remain low.
Wednesday brings a return to slightly cooler flow of air and dryness that should take us into the weekend!
