UPDATE: He is located and safe. INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a missing boy. Police are encouraging those with information on missing persons to contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at (317) 327-6160. Law enforcement is encouraging anyone who locates s missing person to dial 911 immediately.
