(FOX 5.KUSI) -- A new haven for families, Kids & Coffee, is set to open its doors in Carlsbad on Nov. 9, transforming an 11,500-square-foot office space into a vibrant indoor playground and community hub designed for children ages 0-8 and their caregivers. Located at 2310 Camino Vida Roble, Ste 101, Kids & Coffee promises a unique blend of imaginative play and relaxation for adults. Co-founders Vivian Ho and Ken Li, both San Diego residents, said they were inspired to create this space from their own experiences as parents during the pandemic, where they struggled to find safe, enriching play areas for their daughter. The facility also includes quiet rooms for caregivers and children to decompress, alongside dedicated spaces for nursing, bottle-feeding and milk storage. Additionally, private event areas will be available for family celebrations, birthdays and workshops, with an in-house event planning team to help create all-inclusive experiences.
