Friday, the Ontario County District Attorney's Office announced David Fallon was sentenced after he was stopped by New York State Police during a traffic stop and found with .5 ounces of cocaine. Comparing it to the size of a lacrosse ball, the Assistant District Attorney explained that Fallon attempted to hide the packaged cocaine by shoving it up his anus.

"Today, David Fallon, Jr. faced the reality that a life of crime will result in a long prison sentence," stated Peter Van Dellon, the ADA.
Through the investigation it was further learned that Fallon, also known as "True," was selling the drug too. He has a lengthy criminal history, with two prior felony convictions and 12 misdemeanor convictions.
"Fallon has proven over and over that he is incapable of remaining in society as a law-abiding citizen," said Assistant District Attorney Steven Farnholz.
After his 16 years in prison are up, Fallon is expected to go through three years of post-release supervision.
