ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For our Primetime 585 Shining Star Spotlight this week, we're introducing you to Ryan Lewin, a multi-sport athlete at Aquinas Institute. The junior plays varsity soccer, baseball and runs indoor track. He's the starting center striker on the soccer team, with 15 goals and nine assists this season alone, including scoring both goals to advance Aquinas to the semifinal sectional game this week. He is the second-leading scorer in Section V Class AA this year. Last year, Ryan helped the soccer team win a sectional, regional and NYS Championship. In the classroom, Ryan achieved a 96% average in the first quarter of his junior year. This three sport athlete and honor student is the epitome of a shining star.
