ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 42-year-old Rochester man is expected to spend the next 16 years in prison after he was found guilty of having and selling cocaine. (Ontario County District Attorney's Office) Friday, the Ontario County District Attorney's Office announced David Fallon was sentenced after he was stopped by New York State Police during a traffic stop and found with .5 ounces of cocaine. Comparing it to the size of a lacrosse ball, the Assistant District Attorney explained that Fallon attempted to hide the packaged cocaine by shoving it up his anus. Deputies: Illegal guns, stolen motorcycles found at Hilton home "Today, David Fallon, Jr. faced the reality that a life of crime will result in a long prison sentence," stated Peter Van Dellon, the ADA. Through the investigation it was further learned that Fallon, also known as "True," was selling the drug too. He has a lengthy criminal history, with two prior felony convictions and 12 misdemeanor convictions. "Fallon has proven over and over that he is incapable of remaining in society as a law-abiding citizen," said Assistant District Attorney Steven Farnholz. After his 16 years in prison are up, Fallon is expected to go through three years of post-release supervision.
