(KRON) -- The San Jose Fire Department battled an apartment fire on Friday afternoon. Sixteen residents were displaced by the fire, which affected four units.
SJFD responded to the 1800 block of Bradford Way at 2:14 p.m. Heavy smoke and fire were coming from the second floor of the two-story building. The fire was knocked down at 3:03 p.m.
Bradford Way is closed between Camden Avenue and Ross Avenue as crews fight the fire.
PG&E has disconnected power to a downed power line.
There were no injuries because of the fire. All four units affected are uninhabitable, and the Red Cross will help those who were displaced.
