INDIANAPOLIS — Two people were shot on the near northeast side of Indianapolis Friday night. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to the 3500 block of North Lasalle Street around 7 p.m. on a report of a person shot. When police arrived at the scene, they located two victims with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. IMPD reported that one victim is in critical condition and the other is "awake and breathing."
