BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Two people have been ordered to stand trial on charges of murder and conspiracy in the shooting death of a man in Rosamond last year, according to court records. A judge on Friday determined there was sufficient evidence for the case against Richie Mastache and Vanessa Navarro to proceed. They're charged in the death of Freddy Orlando Herrera Jr., 32. Sugardaddy’s Women’s Boutique announces closure Mastache, 27, and Navarro, 30, have pleaded not guilty. A third defendant, Elijah Hernandez, is not listed in custody. Herrera was shot March 2, 2023, on 28th Street West, sheriff’s officials said. He was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
