(KRON) -- The Fremont Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating a missing at-risk man diagnosed with schizophrenia. Edward J. Kelleher, 70 years old, walked away from Washington Hospital ER on Oct. 31 at around 7 p.m., police said. He was headed toward Mowry Avenue. Police described Kelleher as a white male adult and was last seen wearing an army green color button-up shirt, a gray jacket and blue jeans. He has no cash or phone, Fremont PD added.
