SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - Although Friday felt more like summer, winter is approaching, which means it is time to start preparing for cold weather. Those in attendance heard from the South Hadley Fire Department, the South Hadley Police Department, and the South Hadley Electric Light Department about how to prepare themselves, their homes, and their cars for the cold. 22News Storm Team Meteorologist Brian Lapis also spoke at the event, letting people know what to expect this winter based on the National Weather Service's winter weather forecast.
