PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Three individuals were injured this morning during an incident outside Roger Williams University’s Providence campus, according to police. Officials said the altercation between a group of minors happened at 8 a.m. Police believe that a group of kids were in some sort of fight when two victims, also siblings, were injured. Officials said one of the victims, a male, was stabbed while his sister was punched. They both are expected to be okay. Two suspects were arrested in connection with the assault. Police said one of them was also stabbed during the fight. There have been no charges filed at this time as police investigate the timeline of events. Categories: News
