LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A 19-year-old charged with murder in connection to the March shooting of a 17-year-old is scheduled for arraignment Friday. Police arrested Jon’Tay Mattingly on Thursday, charging him with murder in the death of Kenlon Johnson, who was found shot on Rockaway Place. According to investigators, Flock cameras were instrumental in identifying Mattingly as a suspect.
