INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department announced on Friday that a man shot a juvenile male Thursday afternoon.
According to IMPD, officers were called around 2:45 p.m. to the 3400 block of N Rybolt Avenue. As they were heading there, dispatch then told police that the victim was in the 3400 block of Falcon Drive.
Upon arrival, IMPD officers found a juvenile male victim with injuries consistent of at least one gunshot wound. Police said that juvenile was in stable condition.
IMPD said they have detained several persons of interest, with all but one being released. They arrested an adult male suspect, who has since been transported to a local jail.
