GRAHAM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly firing multiple shots into the air. According to a media release from the Graham Police Department, on Oct. 31 at 11:27 p.m., officers responded to multiple calls regarding eight to 10 shots fired in the downtown area. During the investigation, officers determined a disturbance occurred when a man went to his car, grabbed a handgun and began firing into the air. No injuries were reported at the scene. Sesar Sosa Jimenez-Aguilar, 25, was arrested and charged with the following: Possession of firearm by a convicted felon Discharge a firearm in the city limits Going armed to the terror of the people Injury to personal property Injury to real property and Simple assault He was taken to the Alamance County Detention Center and held under a $30,000 secured bond.
