CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A man is wanted by the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office in connection with identity fraud, said the sheriff’s office. Jose Farguharson is accused of being involved in identity fraud, criminal conspiracy, and obtaining goods under false pretenses. Farguharson is described as a black man with black hair and brown eyes. If anyone sees him, contact Inv.
