LOS BANOS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A new 1,440-square-foot building for the Los Banos Animal Shelter was dropped off by crane on Thursday. According to the Los Banos Police Department, the new building on 1010 Airport Road is 24 feet by 60 feet. Hans Younce and The Morning Star Packing Company also donated a new animal shelter sign. Thanks to a $1.8 million budget, officers say their staff will be able to start working in the shelter's new building within the next month.
