An investigation revealed the four suspects worked together to steal merchandise from the DSW. Police did not say how much was stolen from the shoe store. NPD did not say the Target theft was related to the DSW incident.
All four were booked into Marin County Jail for organized retail theft and conspiracy. A switchblade knife and drugs were recovered.
"Report suspicious behavior by calling 415-897-4361," Novato police wrote. "In an emergency or in-progress crime, call 9-1-1... Auto burglaries are more common in busy shopping centers around the holidays, so please remember to remove valuables and lock your vehicles to reduce the likelihood of thefts and burglaries."
