Car strikes transformer in east Wichita, over 1,100 temporarily lost power

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - First responders were in east Wichita Thursday night, where a car struck a transformer.
It happened around 9:20 p.m. near the intersection of Rock Road and Kellogg Avenue.
Sedgwick County Dispatch confirms that a car crashed into a transformer in this location and that no one was injured.
The Evergy Outage Map showed that 1,113 people were without power in the area. Power has since been restored for most customers.
