SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A juvenile male victim has been transported to Baystate Medical Center after he was shot near the Racing Mart at Gulf Gas Station in Springfield Thursday evening, according to Springfield Police Spokesperson Ryan Walsh.The shooting occurred around 8:30pm on Main Street and Milton Street in the Indian Orchard neighborhood.When officers arrived they found a juvenile boy with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Baystate Medical Center with serious injuries. Main Street and Milton Street were closed for a period of time but are now open. No arrests have been made at this time. 22News will continue to cover this story and provide updates when available.
