BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- U.S. Marshals are attempting to locate a man on parole for vehicle theft. Marshals say Dylan Tennyson, 33, is a wanted sex offender with ties to the Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo area. Tennyson has a criminal history including indecent exposure, vehicle theft, burglary and vandalism. Tennyson is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, according to police.
