John Paddock Jr. has had four careers: in the U.S. Navy, where he rose to the rank of Rear Admiral; as an executive with defense contractor Lockheed Martin and its predecessors; as a volunteer for veterans groups and causes, including as co-founder of Honor Flight Syracuse; and as a family man.
