As part of KRQE’s Weather Academy, Meteorologists Liz Fellinger and Ryan DePhillips talked to kids at Manzano Day School on Wednesday. During KRQE's Weather Academy, KRQE's meteorologists teach kids about New Mexico’s weather. They learn about New Mexico's weather and weather terminology. The kids are shown a presentation, take a short quiz, and receive a certificate. After they were recognized as official “Graduates of the KRQE Weather Academy.” They also received a KRQE Weather Academy certificate, an activity sheet, and a review sheet.
