In a social media post, Steven Dennis, capital projects manager for Park City Municipal, provided an update on the improved bus shelters around Park City. “I’m standing here across from the PC MARC where earlier this summer our construction contractor installed a big bus stop pad that will receive a shelter, a bench and other enhancements like bike racks and ski racks,” Dennis said. “It also improves ADA accessibility and better pedestrian safety through access to a crosswalk.”The improvements are part of a multi-year project that had funding from the Federal Transit Administration, the Utah Department of Transportation and Summit County to improve more than 70 stops. The post Bus stops in Park City are getting upgrades in time for winter appeared first on Park Record.
